Now I know it's been months since I've posted but it's for good reason. We are (finally) married! We had a beautiful ceremony in Waikoloa, Hawaii on November 20th with immediate family followed by a luau, many Mai Tais' and a fire dancer who found our table hilarious.
On Thanksgiving we went deep sea fishing and caught our meal (yellow fin tuna, grilled with a salad, fresh fruit and various side dishes) Which was different but delicious. We cut some of the yellow fin tuna into sashimi with some soy sauce and wasabi.... Holy crap, I have never had such fresh sushi!
Needless to say the holidays are fast approaching. Christmas is right around the corner then it'll be 2013 in the blink of an eye. I'm hoping to get a few good holiday recipes up as long as my laptop cooperates with me.
